POWER PRESSES
Frame: Frame is of most rigid constructions and is casted high grade cast iron seasoned for a sufficient period. The steel frames are fabricated from tested steel plates with suitable cross ribbings.
Crank Shaft: Crank shaft being main part of the press is made of alloy steel having large bearing surface duly fitted with gunmetal/bronze bushes.
Ram: Ram is made from high grade cast iron properly machined and is hand scrapped for perfect alignment.
Rolling Key: Rolling Key being the important of the machine is of special alloy steel and is rigid and well supported for giving continuous stroke for mass production.
Fly Wheel: Made from high grade castings and is properly sized to generate adequate energy.
Gears: Made from high grade cast iron/fabricated. Gear teeths are generated by hobbing
Lubrication: Necessary parts are lubricated by oil cups. Lubricating pump can be provided at extra cost.
